These Merchant Terms and Conditions
("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between eBull.store
("we," "our," or "us") and the individual or
entity ("you" or "your") registering as a merchant or seller
on our multi-vendor marketplace platform ("Platform"). Please read
these Terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of
Terms
1.1. By registering as a merchant on
our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform as a merchant.
2. Merchant
Account
2.1. You must create an account to
list and sell products or services on our Platform. You are responsible for
maintaining the security of your account information.
3. Listing and
Selling
3.1. You may list and sell products or
services on our Platform, subject to compliance with our policies, including
product listings, pricing, and quality standards.
4. Fees and
Payments
4.1. Fees associated with using our
Platform, including sales commission and subscription fees, are outlined in our
separate fee schedule. You are responsible for all applicable commissions and
charges.
5. Orders and
Fulfillment
5.1. You are responsible for
fulfilling orders and providing accurate product descriptions. Failure to
fulfill orders or misrepresentation of products may result in account
suspension or termination.
6. Customer
Service
6.1. You agree to provide prompt and
courteous customer service to buyers, including addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and handling returns and refunds in accordance with our policies.
7. Content and
Intellectual Property
7.1. You retain ownership of your
content, including product listings and images. By listing on our Platform, you
grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your
content.
8. Privacy
8.1. Your use of our Platform is also
subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect
your personal and business information. By using our Platform, you consent to
our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
9.1. We reserve the right to terminate
or suspend your merchant account and access to our Platform at our discretion,
with or without cause.
10. Dispute
Resolution
10.1. Any disputes between you and
eBull.store should be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If not
resolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration or legal action as permitted
by law.
11. Changes to
Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms as
needed. Your continued use of our Platform after any changes indicate your
acceptance of the updated Terms.
