    This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the eBull.store multi-vendor marketplace platform ("Platform"). The Policy consists of two parts:

    1.1. 30-Day Return Guarantee: Most products purchased from the eBull.store Platform may be eligible for return and refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. However, certain products may have different return and refund policies.

    1.2. Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags. Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or digital downloads, may not be eligible for return.

    1.3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days.

    2.1. Merchant-Specific Return Policies: Each merchant or seller on eBull.store may have their own return and refund policies, which can vary from the general marketplace policies. You can find specific return and refund information on the product listing or seller's profile page.

    2.2. Contacting Merchants: If you have any questions about a specific product's return and refund policy, please contact the merchant directly through the eBull.store Platform.

    2.3. Merchant Discretion: Merchants have the discretion to set their own return and refund policies, within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations. Please review the merchant's policies before making a purchase.
